Understanding the /channels-recap Skill
The /channels-recap skill is a powerful tool within Sandcastles designed to provide a comprehensive analysis of a specific creator's recent content performance. It allows you to get a brief overview of what a channel has been doing, focusing on key metrics and insights.
How it Works
- Initiate the Skill: To use this skill, you'll type
/channels-recap followed by the URL of the creator's channel (e.g., https://www.tiktok.com/@briancochran).
- Specify Your Query: After providing the URL, you can ask specific questions about the channel's performance. For example, you might ask:
- "What has Briar been winning with lately?"
- "I wanna look back 30 days, and get a synthesis of his best performing topics and take."
- "If there are any of his videos that I haven't deep analyzed yet, tell me, so we can analyze them."
- Deep Analysis: The tool can perform a deep analysis of the videos. You can ask it to analyze the last 30 days, or even the last year. It can also analyze all videos from a specific niche or a set of channels.
Example Usage
Let's say you want to understand the performance of Briar Cochran. You would input:
/channels-recap <https://www.tiktok.com/@briancochran>
Then, you can ask follow-up questions like:
"What has Briar been winning with lately? I wanna look back 30 days, and get a synthesis of his best performing topics and take. If there are any of his videos that I haven't deep analyzed yet, tell me, so we can analyze them."
